803 Ten-Chih Oolong Tea

This tea is grown in the Li Shan tea region in Central Taiwan at altitudes of 2300 meters and above. With few hours of sunshine, the leaves are able to grow saturated with pectin. After being slightly roasted, it has a lingering, concentrated, and fruity aroma, with a smooth silky textured brew.
